Week 4 Calendar Tasks

* Floss your teeth
* Read for 20 minutes
* Enjoy a cool drink {sno cone, smoothie, frozen lemonade, etc.}
* Do something outside for 30 minutes
* Celebrate the 24th of July!
* Workout for the full 60 minutes
* Drink all 64 ounces of water before 8 pm
