Morgan's Grilled Zucchini


Because i am still a child at home and i dont do much of the cooking i thought I would share one i can do myself. Grilled zuchinni : slice zuchinni in long strips and lightly oil so they dont stick to the hot grill. Season with salt and pepper and grill for no more than three minutes.

  2. Judy emailed me this comment: Thanks to zuchinni from the garden we tried the grilled zuchinni. I had never grilled zuchinni but followed Morgan's recipe and have found a new way to fix the plentiful vegetable. I did sprinkle a little thyme and garlic salt on it. Some sprinkled parmesan cheese on it too.

  3. We made this on the stove and I think the grill would've been much better. I'm excited to try it next time we have the grill on. It sounds like a very tasty way to enjoy delectable zucchini.
